I was asked for my card details when I booked, although I did not pay beforehand.
After the treatment, I was asked to pay in cash - this had not been made clear. I did not have cash, so had to pay by bank transfer.
The uv light box (I think that's what it was) where customers place their hands, was not cleaned/wiped between customers. It seemed unhygienic.
However, my nails look good.

I have made a mistake with my booking and had to call them up to warn them and they were able to accommodate me. This was my first time with them. My nails are looking amazing too. Highly recommend
