My experience at Katie's Nails was unfortunately disappointing. There was minimal engagement from the technician upon my initial arrival & throughout, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. It seemed like they may have had a long day. I had booked the BIAB treatment in advance and was disappointed to learn that it did not include a full manicure as I had expected. Overall experience was quite deflating & awkward. Based on today's experience, I don't think I will be returning in the future.
