When I arrived I was greeted and made to feel welcome, the shop was very clean and inviting. I was seen quickly and felt listened to I I was given honest advice and felt very comfortable. I find everyone that works there on the different occasions I've been very helpful. My nails as always after visiting feel healthy and pretty again. I'd highly recommend Katie's nails for a relaxed friendly experience.
