Katie saved my hair!!! I booked this appointment after a terrible haircut from a salon nearby. It was so bad that I had to tie my hair up the whole time leading up to this salon visit. She assessed my hair and discussed with me her plans on how to fix it and what my preference was.
She was able to fix my uneven and super choppy haircut. She magically made it wearable without taking off too much length. I was mentally prepared to come out of the salon with a bob, but thankfully I ended up with the past-shoulder length that I wanted. I was so relieved to see the final cut!! Thanks Katie :)
Btw, she also didn't fry my hair with an unnecessarily long blowdry! It was just enough to dry and style my hair. I actually like it this way.
