Have been looking for a hairdresser I'm comfortable returning to for as long as I've lived in London (almost 2 years) and have finally found it in Katie. So patient with a hard-to-please customer like myself, I have long hair and I'm always afraid of too much being taken off. Katie was aware of this and as such built up to what I wanted (a trim and layers all round, not too short at the front). Lovely atmosphere in the salon, treated so well - tea and biscuits while I waited for my moisture treatment to set and she was so friendly, patient and understanding throughout. Could not fault one bit of the experience and have recommended to friends. The fact they open on a Sunday is a real bonus. Will definitely be back.

Amazing haircut!!! Sonia was fabulous, she understood exactly what I wanted and was also really lovely. I was really happy with my new haircut and got so many compliments. I will definitely be going back!!

Both the staff and hairdresser were pleasant and friendly, she washed my hair and gave me a head massage, which was a lovely touch! Sonia took the time to understand what I am after and also provided her suggestions. It was a simple hair trim but it makes a whole lot of difference. Highly recommended.
