Such a great experience! They had some hot water problems that day so we're running behind schedule- they notified me well in advance that I might have to wait, and then gave me a free moisturising hair mask for the inconvenience (even though it was no trouble at all). Katie is so lovely and we got on like a house on fire. She totally understood what I wanted, what my hair type needed, and did such a good job. They also use Bumble & Bumble products which was great! Really friendly team in a lovely salon. I'll definitely be back!
Great haircut with Katie. She was really friendly and welcomed me to the salon as it was my first visit. She listened to what I wanted and also provided advice on different types of shampoo to suit my hair type, as well as advising me on the kind of cut that would suit me best. Will definitely be coming back, thanks Katie!
I had such a pleasant experience with Katie as my hairdresser. I've never been so pleased with my haircut! She gave me such a perfect, personalised haircut that looks really flattering and professional. Save me lots of time getting my hair done in the morning!
