Upon arrival I was offered a drink, Katie was very pleasant (not too intrusive), went in detail what i wanted and did the job brilliantly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with the result.

Arrival was smooth, had a reminder text and salon very easy to find and they were expecting me. Talked through with Katie exactly what I wanted and she worked quickly and efficiently to produce the exact haircut that I wanted- very pleased.
