Great friendly staff who take their time to check exactly what you want. Professional haircut I am very pleased with and the very best head massage as I got my hair washed (it took me effort to not fall asleep).

I really enjoyed my experience at Symphony and left with a haircut that was just what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Sonia really took the time to talk to me about my hair, how I wore it, what had and hadn't worked for me in the past, and to make recommendations for how to cut it bearing all of this in mind. The hair shampoo and condition was the best I've had in a salon for a long time - again, Sonia took her time, and includes a really great head massage! The cut itself was great, and Sonia took the time to blow dry it in a different style to what I'm used to, to try something different. It's now been a few days since I had the haircut, and I've been able to style it myself a couple of different ways which is great - so the haircut is realistic for what's achievable for styling at home as well! I'll be going back to the salon for sure - very much recommended for anyone who is looking for a London hairdresser at a reasonable price, but doesn't want to sacrifice the 'expert' aspect of a good haircut. The only reason I gave the ambience and cleanliness slightly fewer stars was because the venue itself is quite small and perhaps a little noisy - but being just off Tottenham Court Road, this is hardly surprising, and worth it for being in a convenient location for appointments before/at lunch/after work!
