Delighted with the blonde highlights (and this is rare for me to say!). Katie is a masterful colourist and managed to perfectly match my hair to the clip-in extensions I showed her. I didn’t even need a toner! There were no hard sells (like in some salons!) and she gave a lovely head massage during the shampoo/condition also! 5*!
