I had a hot stone and deep tissue massage. I have a lot of tight muscles in my back due to back problems and in particular my right shoulder blade which causes a lot of pain. Katie found the areas that are more problematic and help ease the pain and relax the muscles.

I found Katie warm and welcoming. She is a skilled practitioner and knows her craft. Her practice is beautiful and her care was very professional. I valued the silence and the kneading which felt like a safe space to feel grounded again. I would highly recommend Katie.
