My previous balayage result was too light for my liking, so I went to Katie this time to have it fixed, and had it toned down. What Katie did to the hair made me like the balayage more than I did before, and I kept it longer than I did. Thanks Katie!

I had balayage, and a haircut done by another hairdresser that I wasn't happy with. So, I decided to get my hair coloured as close to my original hair colour as well as a haircut, Katie did not dissapoint at all. Katie is talented, kind, and attentive as she knows what is best for her clients. I didn't realise the importance of colour theory, and Katie educated me on what would option for me. Hair is part our identity, and I honestly feel more of myself now, than I did before. Thanks Katie!
