Katie is very friendly, this is my first hairdresser done since i come her in England, I have no idea how the coloring goes,she explains to me what is gonna be look like after the first session because I have a very dark hair and I am very happy for the result. She is really highly recommended.

My previous balayage result was too light for my liking, so I went to Katie this time to have it fixed, and had it toned down. What Katie did to the hair made me like the balayage more than I did before, and I kept it longer than I did. Thanks Katie!
