This was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I walked in, wasn't greeted - and even at 10am was told they were running behind schedule. At 10.15 two women walked in behind me and were greeted with open arms by the owner of the salon. I was then told the bed for my eyebrow wax would not be available so would I mind sitting in a chair in the middle of the salon to have my eyebrows waxed and tilt my head back. I reluctantly agreed - and the owner asked this girl who didn't seem to know what to do with the wax to perform my treatment, which I was very uncomfortable with. The owner then left the client she was already attending to, to quickly do my wax treatment before passing back to the other girl to pluck the strays, meanwhile chatting to the other two customers still on the sofa. This was a humiliating, terrible and poor experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone else.
