I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be kept waiting because the previous client was still being seen. What’s the point of having time slots if they’re not being respected? On top of that, the attitude wasn’t particularly welcoming not great for a first-time visitor. The excessive use of baby powder was also unnecessary and made the experience less comfortable. While the actual wax was done well, the overall experience was let down by poor time management and a lack of basic customer
