Threading was good but venue didn’t feel that clean

I came here to get my brows threaded, which I was nervous about since I almost never trust others with my eyebrows. Kaya was precise, quick, and effective. She knows what she’s doing!
To add on- on the day of my appointment I had a series of public transport dysfunctions/failures; from the bus to the tube to even Uber, which made me 45 mins late to my appointment, despite my leaving well in advance to reach early. She was so accommodating when I explained the situation, and still saw me. 15/10.
