Kayla is lovely and very welcoming as a therapist. I also really like the colour we selected. However, disappointingly 2 of my gel manicure nails chipped on the third day - I have never had this happen to me, the shortest a gel manicure has stayed on my nails before is 2 weeks, some lasting perfectly up to 3 weeks. On one of my nails, some nail chipped with the gel which is frustrating.

Really welcoming and inviting, great company and the nail work is amazing and really focuses on making your nails look healthy and pretty.
Kayla is a lovely delightful nail technician. So welcoming and warming. She listens to your nail request and has helpful advice when your stuck for design or in my case the shape of the nail . Her Home set up is so inviting and calm. Overall an all round good experience and I will be a returning customer.. definitely recommend her.
I regularly get my manicure and pedicure done at Kayla’s querky nails. I always leave with exactly what I wanted and the customer service is superb. I would recommend Kayla the technician as she is always working to the highest level and she is very creative. If your looking for bespoke nails, classic nails, gel, powder, artificial or natural nails, she can work wonders! And I always get a cup of tea 😍 cosy warm atmosphere, very conversational and welcoming!
