Kayla is lovely and funny to chat to. The manicure looked great and lasts for the whole two weeks before it started to show wear and tear. My only issue is the use of the drill bits to do cuticles and file the top of my virgin nails. I had no polish/extensions at all on. The drill should only be used when removing acrylic before soaking. I have brittle nails already and the sight of drills used this way fills me with anxiety!!!
