I received an email the night before asking me to delay my appointment by 30 minutes. When I arrived at the revised time they told me I was half an hour late (the girl who had asked me to delay my appointment wasn’t there so there was some confusion). My treatment therefore started 40 minutes late as they already had someone there. The treatment was an acrylic removal, but the technician left bits of acrylic on my nails. Definitely won’t return.
