I had read that the room was above a tennants hall which was fine for me as I understand the need to keep overheads low. Kay was love and polite. We moved appointment time as requested by Kay but was still 20 mins late to go in. When I did go in the room was as I expected but clean. Not much of a make up collection, I think my make up bag was much more equipped.
I noticed that the make up being applied was not being used with disposable mascara wands (being applied from the wand from the mascara) not great for those who may suffer from eye infections. Also, the lipstick was also applied directly and not with disposable lip brush. The makeup was done well but I could have done just the same.
Kay also made it clear that using the app meant she didn't get much money for the treatment provided. This made me feel guilty.
Overall a lovely lady but wouldn't use for makeup again. Lack of hygiene when applying the make up is my main issue.

Salon and facilities were lovely and the consultant was lovely but the nail quality is not great. There is a huge gap at the cuticle where the polish is not reaching the top like it would usually a week after application. It was an evening appointment in the dark so didn’t notice it in the salon.
Would return but not for nails.
