I don't think it is very professional when someone answers the phone whilst giving you a treatment. Otherwise it was okay and I would go back again.

Good service, friendly staff. Only downside is that there is only one treatment room, so you may have to wait if you show up and someone else is in there (even if you've booked - though they were very accomodating about the mix-up).
