Small venue in the basement, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but Kays is very nice and the threading was really well done!! Would recommend it anytime and will definitely go back!

The wax itself was great however I did end up with a hollywood instead of a brazillian due to some over-waxing... not the end of the world. I'd also book last minute (at 11.45am for a 12.30am appointment) and despite a confirmation coming though for my chosen time I had to hang around gloucester road for half an hour while the beautician arrived. Overall the experience was a good one as the beautician was very nice and thorough however it was obviously not ideal.
Eyebrows came out great she really took the time to do a good job. The place was a little diffuclt to find though
