The staff that did the treatment was quite clumsy and had the wax too hot so it was dripping everywhere. I booked Hollywood which means everything off and she said it only included the front bit but she would do it all on this occasion. The treatment room is clean and the place was easy to find. Good comunnuication from the owner that messaged me.
