Location is in the basement of a hairdresser (small and can get a bit hot) and is a room next to a Thai massage studio as well.
Overall service was good. But felt that my lashes did not curl as much as I had wanted. It has been a week and already it has started to drool alittle. But service was quick and hassle free.

I had a hollywood wax, for the first time...it was of course very painful but I was talked through the entire process, explained the benefits of hot wax versus strip wax, the after care and future care. Overall, extremely comfortable, very efficient (30 minutes for wax and eyebrow threading) and very good quality, I will be back!

More could have been done to make this an relaxing and enjoyable experience - the waiting process is a bit clunky and the room itself felt a bit dated. Saying that, the staff were excellent and I am very happy with the treatment.
