If I’m honest the fact that Kay is experienced and reassuring was instant comfort for me as it was my first time getting a Hollywood wax. The environment was also very calming so I was less nervous to begin the waxing that turned out to be not as bad as I initially thought it would be, this is entirely because of Kay’s great energy because of it was anyone else I’m sure the whole experience wouldn’t of been as quick and smooth. Xx

I’ve been scared to wax due to bad experiences in the past but I’ve had a wax from Kay and it was honestly the best! She made sure I was comfortable & gave good aftercare advice as well, everything was clean too. Definitely returning xx
