I’m pretty used to having facials in London and this was among the worst value for money. The room was very clinical, bright and in no way relaxing. There was a skylight in there which had been covered in weeds and bird mess which you had to look at through the whole treatment. No dressing gown or relaxing clothes were provided which is quite different to other places for the price. I just had some kitchen roll shoved in my top as a bib to protect from getting product on it. Not nice at all. The therapist was knowledgable enough, sure, but the treatment itself didn’t do anything to improve the quality of my skin, clean or exfoliate, and I’ve left incredibly disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend, highly overpriced for the experience.
I had a deep cleansing facial and it was fantastic. Milena is professional, very sweet and knowledgeable beautician. Eyebrow shape and tint perfect. Think I found my new beauty spot. Dziękuję bardzo x
