Had a haircut here a while back. The haircut itself was great and exactly what I asked for. However, it's the staff that put the rating down for me. They are quite unfriendly and the lady who did my hair ignored me the entire time! She instead spoke to another customer and the other staff in Polish so I felt quite awkward.

There was a mix up with the booking so unfortunately didn't have my wax but found staff unaccommodating and unhelpful.
