I felt very welcomed as soon as I entered the door, the lady on the front desk greeted me and offered a refreshment. My hairdresser has done a great job and I am very satisfied with my hairstyle now. She gave me advice what would suit me the best and the result is fantastic. I will definitely come back. Such a great value for money. Thank you girlsss!!
I visited this salon in June 2016. I had called before asking if it would be possible to remove the extensions I already had and apply the new ones during the same appointment which they said it would be fine.
During my appointment, I had both services and it felt very painful. I advised the beautician about the abnormal pain I was going through. I have used eyelash extensions for 3 years now and never ever had pain like that. The beautician, however guaranteed me that it was "normal" and that it was because I was having both treatments at the same time.
The result of 2 hours in painful agony was a serious infection in my right eye which took five days treatment using two expensive a antibiotics after a visit to my GP.
I've emailed the salon explained all and asked some questions but never got a reply, never mind apologies , refund or compensation what so ever.
These were the questions I sent:
I had some legal advise and would like to have some questions answered if you don't mind.
1- Why wasn't I told on the phone that both removing and applying on the same day is not advisable (If this information is true)?
2- Why I wasn't offered a test for allergies before the treatment started? Or I was at least asked my history on the same?
3- Why wasn't the treatment stopped immediately when I complained about abnormal pain?

Great experience and the first time I have had more than an hour but I would recommend. Good pressure and very relaxing. Lovely local salon in Acton it may not look much on the outside but the staff are lovely and helpful. Great value considering the area. My only slightly negative comment is that I booked for 12.15 in Treatwell and they text me to put back by an hour which was ok as I noticed the text but I have booked before and the time was changed then as well and I didn't notice so had to hang around longer. Not issue for parking on a Saturday but dipuring the week it was a challenge
