Lovely facial. So relaxing...I fell asleep. Will definitely go again! Agnieska was brilliant! She have me a lovely face massage. The value for money is really good!

I booked an appointment for Saturday 6pm. At arrival I was greeted with "what do you want". When I replied I am booked in, the reply was "impossible". Checking the bookings I could clearly see my name in the book. She panicked slightly and replied very unfriendly I had to wait for quite some time. When asking how long, I got a reply of "long". Not sure if I got the treatment as I am not Polish, or they were just too lazy as there were more staff than customers. Anyway, I like supporting local businesses, Kazaro will surely not see me again and I will surely never recommend this. Customer Service needs to be reviews in a big way.
Good value for money, clean salon, good waxing treatment. Would be interested in booking a pedicure there soon. Will definitely return!
