Booked this treatment for my Mother and all we had to do was show them pictures of the look we were going for and they got it spot on!
Love the whole setting of the salon and ambience and the staff are lovely and listen to your wants and needs.
Place is pristine clean and staff members are very nice. Also the service has been done very professional and to high standards
Great deep tissue massage done by Karolina who did my brows the week before. She's absolutely lovely and very good at what she does
Good atmosphere,although they should add more shower units. My haidresser gave me some good advise of what to do with my hair and how to maintain it.
Recepcionist was lovely, other staff not so friendly. Everyone spoke in Polish even with clients around. My hair did not turn out as I expected but I think that's because his English wasn't great so didn't really get what I wanted. Great for beauty treatments, wouldn't advise it for hair!!!
