Kalpana was absolutely brilliant, she advised what would be best for my skin and both the threading and extraction were very gentle. Total hour of bliss. Will be booking my mum in for a facial for her birthday.

Loved the facial with Kalpana. She made me feel relaxed and did a great job. She clearly has a lot of experience and I very much liked how she always checked in with me, telling me what she was about to do and make sure that I was comfortable at all times. Great experience!
