I was disappointed on many levels. The wax for my bikini line was the hottest I’ve ever had - it’s never hurt me before in all my years of waxing - I was exclaiming so loud that it hurt and got barely any concern about it. I’m not sure who my beautician was but she wasn’t very friendly, she didn’t check if I was happy with the result and she didn’t know how to use the card machine. The decor looks tired and overall it was not a nice experience. My skin is still red days later.
