The lady who did my treatment was lovely and made me feel at ease. She was running a little behind when I arrived but she apologised and offered me a drink. Great treatment and great price - I will be returning!

I had three treatments done and I was very happy with all of them. My eyebrows are a great shape. I also had a hot wax bikini wax, I wouldn’t say it was painless! but it was quick and didn’t hurt too much. Nivea is always very friendly and professional.
