When I first arrived there the owner locked the door and led me downstairs to the treatment room which was a bit odd but the treatment was lovely and the lady was very gd in telling me what she would be doing during the treatment, I would have preferred it if she had worn a uniform and had her hair tied back but that's just me as I was a therapist a few yrs ago and our uniform etc was TOP priority in professionalism. If you want a fancy and posh salon/treatment room then this isn't the place, if you're not too fussed about that and just want a nice facial then I would suggest it and if you book for a Tues it's only £20 for an hours luxury facial.....you cant go wrong!!!
