I booked a haircut for 7.30 pm on a Monday. I arrived at the salon and it was closed! I called the number (no reply) and left a voicemail. I received a text back apologising (no offer to reschedule), and I asked to reschedule the next day. I arrived the next day at the same time to find the shop closed AGAIN with no explanation, no response via text/phone! I tried to get in touch and only received a reply THE DAY AFTER! Being stood up twice with no explanation is beyond the pale.
