I'm trying to be as fair as possible - the gel nail treatment wasn't the best I've had (have honestly done better myself) but definitely wasn't the worst either. I would say it was worth the price in the sense that I didn't fork out loads for it but the coverage was patchy and my nail surfaces weren't wiped after being smoothed - the base coat was applied with nail dust still all over my nails so it came out looking lumpy. That being said, the girl who did my nails was very pleasant.
The haircut was pretty annoying. I was having my nails done while another woman was asking/waiting for the hairdresser (who the nail artist said was meant to be in a while ago but still hadn't arrived). She strolled in on her phone having what seemed like quite a casual conversation, took her time then came back and openly admitted to her client that she'd left the salon just to see Megan's Markle's dress (it was the day of the royal wedding) leaving her client waiting. She was on and off her phone after that which I thought was pretty rude.
This had a knock-on effect meaning I had to wait around for my appointment when I had somewhere to be. Water went all down my back as she had to rush to wash my hair. I will admit that she gave me a reasonable and very quick cut that I *learned* to like with but I was pretty shocked at the amount of length she cut off when I explicitly asked her to leave it (I don't think she heard as she was quite flustered after I pointed out the time). She sort of managed to save the whole affair with her speed and I'll give her the fact that she did a very quick haircut and blowdry but the experience wasn't pleasant and she was overall a bit unprofessional. She was also pleasant and bubbly but I'm not looking for chit-chat when I go for a service; I'm looking for the job to be carried out punctually, comfortably and accurately according to what I ask for.

Kiki is absolutely amazing!! I feel like I've made a new friend in her! She has done my colour so well, lifted the reddy/brown out of it and got rid of the breakage, and also gave me great advice how to care for the blonde with useful hints and tips! but most of all she made the experience really nice, I felt like I was at a friends having a good old catch up! She's lovely and bubbly, so down to earth and a brilliant hairdresser! I'll be back again!! thanks again!! xx

Very professional and really made me feel at ease, I loved my hair the colour was exactly what i wanted, nice cut and blow dry as well thank you see you soon x

Kiki is such a lovely person and is excellent at what she does. She knew what colour I wanted when I didn’t know it myself. The cut and finish were spot on. I’ll defs be back x

Lovely lady, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Came in with an orange band around my hair from a previous ombré from months ago which many hairdressers have tried to remove.. Kiki got rid of the band and left me with amazing, healthy blonde hair again. Amazing 💛💛 Can't wait to book back in
