I had the Platinum Japanese Head Spa and can thoroughly recommend it. The place is a little hard to find and parking is a bit tricky, but once there, the treatment was excellent. Very thorough yet relaxing, and it was good to see my hair/scalp on screen at the beginning and the end to see the difference!

For what i paid its not worth it i paid about £59 for head spa , i was told this package will include head massage too but i barely got massage i was also told this includes neck and shoulder massage i didnt feel anything . Over all massage was given to me may b 5 mins if that with very very low pressure barley i felt anything thing . Water fall wasnt very calming either the way it looks on instagram When emptying the used water there is bucket inder the bed where the water is being emptied 🤢
