I did enjoy the experience, was interesting to have someone explain my scalp & its condition. Felt like the lady didn’t engage much , or seemed uncomfortable.
We went as a group , a went in time sections and all felt abit uncomfortable with waiting for the other with damp hair , bet felt uncomfortable to ask for it to be dried more .

Ketha was very welcoming she answered all the questions asked, she took her time to listen and didn’t feel rushed. She gave some good advice on what i should do, she’s the kind of a therapist that doesn’t want to take money from clients unnecessarily, she advises well on which procedure a client really needs.
