For what i paid its not worth it i paid about £59 for head spa , i was told this package will include head massage too but i barely got massage i was also told this includes neck and shoulder massage i didnt feel anything . Over all massage was given to me may b 5 mins if that with very very low pressure barley i felt anything thing . Water fall wasnt very calming either the way it looks on instagram When emptying the used water there is bucket inder the bed where the water is being emptied 🤢

I personally did not like the location. It was not signposted, up two flights of steep stairs and the treatment room was tiny. Got to reception and did not know where to go. Treatment was good but would have appreciated having a styled blow dry.
Therapist had BO after a long day working that wasn’t pleasant.

I did enjoy the experience, was interesting to have someone explain my scalp & its condition. Felt like the lady didn’t engage much , or seemed uncomfortable.
We went as a group , a went in time sections and all felt abit uncomfortable with waiting for the other with damp hair , bet felt uncomfortable to ask for it to be dried more .
