I arrived slightly late, but the therapist still gave me a whole hour's appointment, instead of finishing an hour after my scheduled time, which was very nice of her. Some reviews mentioned the room is a bit cold, but when I said I was a bit chilly, I was given additional towels, and the therapist put a heater on.
It's not a deluxe experience (I agree that it is in the basement of a Chinese takeaway!) but it's not charging deluxe prices, and seems pretty decent value for a City of London venue.

That was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Treatwell or booking any massage in my life. The massage room is cold, unclean in the basement of a Chinese takeaway. They were closed at my appointment time, no way in. Totally unprofessional. AVOID!

Booked 1 hour massage (£44) but it was only 35mins. Jade was very friendly. But I won’t return.
