Kells Angels is a lovely place where everyone is friendly and nice. Chelsey is absolutely amazing at cutting my hair. She did exactly as the picture I showed her and her attention to detail is fantastic. I'm so thrilled with my hair and have made my next appointment before I left. Fantastic salon with amazing stylist.
