I initially had a good impression and wanted to come back, Kelly was pleasant, but the place doesn't look like the pictures anymore, the paint job is old and the shelves are empty and dusty.
I skipped the blow dry, chased her multiple times, she stopped responding with NO refund, after a month and a half I managed to get my refund through Treatwell. She also used a cheaper product and never mentioned it to me and did not get the price difference back. The whole situation felt scammy. AVOID
