We had a appointment booked on Saturday 1st of November at 3:40 we called ahead to inform the establishment that we would be late around 15 minutes due to the weather. He said he could not do that and offered to move it to next Saturday meaning that I would need to pay an additional £20 to book another appointment. So at the end we ended up paying for a service we did not receive.
