Awful experience. Mini pedi lasted 10 minutes and the technician was on the phone constantly. My daughter was so upset when we left. My pedicure lasted hour and a half and took 2 technicians to make it look like something. Absolutely awful job. Still hard skin on my foot and does not look or feel like that I had a pedicure. Left my daughter for 1 hour by the drying machine not even offering her a drink or ask her if she would like to leave and come closer to me. I would really appreciate if this company does the right thing and issue a full refund. Stay clear away!

The polish was put on very sparingly which meant my nails started to chip the same day. The polish cracked near the edges after 1 week - usually my gel nails last 4 weeks without chips. Quite disappointing. The venue and staff were lovely.
