I was unable to attend my appointment so the salon directed me to treatwell who have not had any response from the salon around allowing me to reschedule but the salon were quick to keep my money and mislead treatwell that the appointment gone ahead

Usually very happy with the service however this time the gel polish started chipping a couple hours after I got home. Not nice when I paid an additional £10 for french tips.
