Very poor customer service! Why do you argue with your customers? Customers are human beings and make requests. If you don’t like customers making requests, do not start a business which focuses around the customer and providing a customised service. Came in for a gel mani pedi, but had to remove old gel from my toes first. Asked for standard soak off but to my surprise was told that the salon removes gel from feet using the machine ONLY. Standard soak off with foil not available... huh?!?! If this is the case - make it clear on on arrival or on Treatwell and I wouldn’t have booked with you in the first place. I don’t like using the machine because I find it hurts and ruins my nails. Oddly enough, they do soak off for hands, what’s the logics here?
Arguing with your customers is just poor! Later on when another therapist was painting my nails I politely asked him not to pain thick layers as we were going to be doing 3 coats, to which he argued back: “they are not thick”. Again, why are you arguing with me? I am paying you for a service, for which I expect at least a decent level of customer service, not someone to bark back at me every time I make a request. Also, the crappy manicure you gave me lasted only a week before it started chipping - should never happen with shellac!
However, kudos to the very quiet, gentle and polite young lady who did my toe nails - you should move to a better salon because your talent is wasted at this place!
