the young woman who did my nails was lovely. However after one day my nail had split and one nail had chipped. I went back to the salon and calmly explained the issue. The gentleman who I spoke to was so rude!! He said it was my fault the nail had chipped because I kept touching my fingers?! All I was doing was showing him where the chip was and this should not happen with gel anyway. He refused to fix the nail and simply filed it and added another layer of topcoat. Such bad customer service. There are plenty of other salons nearby that I will use next time.
