Miscommunication on Salon’s part which, if I had not mentioned, would not have been rectified. I had booked with Vy via Treatwell (evidently as this review asked me to rate his work) but was seen by someone else who’s work I was not happy with (way too long, very thick and uneven) even with a picture to assist (I asked for short natural acrylics). The issue was eventually addressed with Vy taking over. Frustrating apt but I do appreciate the goodwill gesture, thank you!
