I booked ombré nails although I had a bad experience before. I thought I could ask for a more blended look. The nails I had before looked like squashy sweets. When I asked for ombré nails in the style that other salons do I was quoted an unreasonable price. The manager offered the other lady in the salon a drink but ignored me. When I showed the manager a picture of previous work he accused me of lying. The manager is very unpleasant and rude.

Felt rushed during my appointment, my technician kept looking at the clock and moved quickly in every stage. Nails looks slightly uneven. Had better service and experience before so disappointed
