The environment is well planned to maximize space without it being over crowded. The atmosphere and décor, gentle non verbal music, colour, furniture, flowers, all details has been mindful to soothe, calm and to enable customers to have a quality of peace and relaxation. Having a woman sitting close by having a pedicure (the same as I was having), constantly speaking loudly on her mobile took away from my "Zen" experience I could not hear the gentle running water in the glass bowl !
