After spending the money for both the hygienist and the whitening... I left with the exact same shade.
After calling to discuss, I was met with a very rude man who told me I “should have paid for the £400 session instead” and that it was my own fault.
Dr Sia was lovely and knowledgeable, but I suggest renaming the procedure to “polishing” as there is in no way any whitening.

As someone whohates the dentist and suffers with anxiety, I had a relatively nice time at my appointment. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and the dentist was thorough and knowledgable. He gave me lots of useful hygiene advice. It didnt hurt and even felt kind of relaxing towards the end. My teeth felt really nice afterwards.
