I felt really welcomed by Alessio and his team. They are truly nice people, I wish I could visit them more often, but it was worth a trip. I'll looking forward to seeing them again for more hair treatments. Grazie ragazzi ❣️

I’ve visited twice before with no issues, but my recent experience left me in tears. I had booked with Federico but was assigned a different stylist. I asked for a trim and a U-shape, but lost 40% of my hair length. The cut was straight across and didn’t resemble what I wanted. The stylist’s technique was unusual, bringing most of my hair to the front before cutting, and I wasn’t shown the final result styled, just a blow-dried fringe. I paid more expecting a quality result but left devastated.

I had an amazing experience at Kensington Hair Boutique with Alessio! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Alessio really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions to enhance my look. The attention to detail and skill were outstanding—I walked out with a finishing that exceeded my expectations! The salon itself had a great atmosphere, and the whole appointment was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional stylist.

Federico was my stylist, and I cannot recommend him enough! He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice while ensuring I felt comfortable with every step.
