I've been to Kensington Hair Boutique six times now, and every visit has been great. I always get my hair done by Stefano, who is amazing. He listens carefully to what I want, never cuts my hair shorter than I ask, and uses creative techniques that make my style look even better. He pays close attention to detail, and I always leave with a terrific haircut! I highly recommend Kensington Hair Boutique and Stefano to anyone looking for a great haircut.

I’ve visited twice before with no issues, but my recent experience left me in tears. I had booked with Federico but was assigned a different stylist. I asked for a trim and a U-shape, but lost 40% of my hair length. The cut was straight across and didn’t resemble what I wanted. The stylist’s technique was unusual, bringing most of my hair to the front before cutting, and I wasn’t shown the final result styled, just a blow-dried fringe. I paid more expecting a quality result but left devastated.
